HOW A OPERATIONS DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities. Sector-level role.
• Oversees and directs the activities of the assigned business unit
• Manages the efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit
• Develops complex business strategies to achieve business targets
• Keeps current with cutting edge business and economic trends to forecast how the business will need to adapt and change over time
• Manage and attain specific SLAs pertaining to Operations such as Time on Hold, Abandonment Rate, Ticket Handling, etc.
• Manages one or more departments or disciplines. High Complexity. Sector level role. Direct reports are typically exempt and include other people managers

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: communication, problem solving, etc.
• Location: On Site
• US Citizenship Required

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
