Salesforce (nCino) Business Analyst
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Financial Service Cloud, nCino Platform Deployment and SDLC Methodology. This role is pivotal in driving our client's technology projects to success ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with their strategic goals in the financial services sector.
What you will do
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks within the Financial Service Cloud and nCino platforms.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define project objectives scope and work you're doing.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and customers to ensure clear understanding of project expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future project plans.
What you bring to the role
- 10+ Years of proven experience in Financial Service Cloud and nCino Platform Deployment is required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget adhering to high-quality standards.
- Guide in SDLC Methodology to streamline project execution and delivery.
- Supervise and report on project progress challenges and successes to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Stay abreast of new trends and technologies in the financial services industry to improve project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Good understanding of SDLC Methodology and its application in project management.
- Excellent problem-solving organizational and leadership skills.
- Dedication to delivering projects that drive company success and positive societal impact.
- A passion for technology and its potential to transform the financial services industry.
- Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology
- Experience in Wealth Management Operations and Retail Banking is helpful.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers.
- Sophisticated knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices
