Role overview

We are seeking a highly skilled S3 Principal Engineer - Full Stack with a focus on Sr. Architect - Technology to join our multinational corporation. With 12 to 16 years of experience the ideal candidate will lead the development and architecture of innovative solutions using Sterling OMS contributing significantly to our core commerce capabilities.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable high-performance software solutions using Sterling Order Management System (OMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sterling OMS with other enterprise systems.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality security and maintainability.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency scalability and stability of various system resources. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay abreast of new technology trends and evaluate their applicability to our goals.
• Ensure solutions are designed for high availability performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team adheres to development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis design coding testing and deployment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

What you bring to the role

• Must have extensive experience with Sterling OMS.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development principles.
• Proven track record in architecting and implementing large scale systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies is highly desirable.
• Good to have domain experience in Core Commerce.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Working arrangements
