Experience:

• 36 months of role experience is required.

• 60 months of Physical Therapy experience is preferred.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Shift: With rotating weekends

Bachelors of Science Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited Physical Therapy program required.

Previous Physical Therapy experience in a hospital and/or outpatient clinic setting is preferred.
