Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.
• Candidates must live at least 70 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Rotating shift times:7a-330P; 8-430P; 830-5p; 3-11p
6 weekends required in 13 week contract
Call requirements would be two nights/week 5p-11p or 11p-7a and every third weekend Friday 5p-Monday 7a. The weekend call times are subject to change.
