Experience:
• 36 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 40 - hours not guaranteed week of orientation
Shift: Days between the hours of 0850-1920
Orientation: 2 weeks of M-F 0650-1520 for orientation
On-Call: On call is required. Typically, it is 1 weekday call and 1 every 4th weekend call starting Friday at the end of the assigned shift until 0700 Monday morning. Call response time is 30 minutes
Floating requirements: Potential to Surgicenter if needed
Weekends: Rotate every other weekend as needed
Holidays: holiday coverage as needed; Can include in house coverage, on call (beeper) coverage or working for any shift as needed.
Experience: 3-5 years in a hospital setting, must have strong general and ENT skills. Must have experience within two of the three following areas: Neuro, CV and Transplant background. Previous travel experience and level 1 trauma experience required. PEDs experience preferred.
Scrub Colors: provided by facility
Jewelry (body piercing/body adornment): A single small stud is now permitted to be worn in the nose. No other visible body piercings (e.g. tongue, eyebrow, lips and gauges) are acceptable (except ear piercings). Flesh colored or clear piercing plugs may now be worn.
Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed and orientation week.
