Experience:
• 36 months of role experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Candidates must live at least 70 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Shift: 5x8hr shifts. Shifts scheduled as 8.5 hours including 30 minute lunch break. Shift times range from 0600 start-1700 end.
Years of experience Preferred: 3-5 years minimum preferred but not necessary
Weekend requirements: One call weekend a month. One call shift weekly. Call ins during the week are very rare. Weekend call is for PET Cardiac program which usually equates to a few patients in the morning hours.
One call shift weekly and every 4th weekend.
Float: Yes, to clinic and hospital - attached campus
RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.
Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 5x8s/4x10s, SSM will guarantee a minimum of 40hrs/week. If confirmed to 3x12s, SSM will guarantee a minimum of 36 hrs/week. If confirmed to 4x12s, SSM will guarantee a minimum of 48hrs/week. Call off: SSM may call off up to 24hrs for travelers confirmed to 8hr shifts, 30 hours for 10hr shifts, or 36hrs for 12hr shifts per 13-week assignment without paying for cancelled hours. If candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called-off, those hours will count as a called-off hours.
Special Requirements: General Nuclear Medicine. PET/CT-Including Cardiac PET with Rubidium
