Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required.
• 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
Guaranteed Hours 40
Shift: Mon-Thurs 8am-430pm and Friday’s 8am-12pm. Must be able to take call for potential call backs.
Possibility Of Floating To Thomas Memorial Hospital In Charleston, WV
MUST be a seasoned Cardiac Surgery RNFA with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting experience (this is a priority, so don’t send anyone that isn’t seasoned with this).
