Shift: 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM
Experience:
• 22 months of role experience is required.
• 6 months of experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 80 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission.
Shifts typically during the week.
Perm reference is required and must be obtained from the past 12 months. Travel reference is required from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experience.
Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel.
Cleveland Clinic accepts locals at the same BR.
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
