Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.
• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Clinician to Patient Ratios: 1:1
Flex in start date - Orientations are weekly
Weekends required. No on call.
CT scanner used is Philips Brilliance 64 slice. Unit will train resource on scanner.
IV cert highly preferred
RTO Restrictions: 1 week only
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Scrub Color: Dark purple

SSN required for submittal.
ALL Shifts and Start Dates are non-negotiable.
All staff who are not vaccinated will need to wear an N95 during patient care.
