Experience:

• 24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance.

Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.

Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.

Immediate Need for a License Physical Therapist for our Acute Care Inpatient -Outpatient Department

Must have Inpatient Experience.

Must have a PT License.

ORIENTATION: The 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.

SHIFT: shift starts at 8:00 am. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekend and holiday may be required. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
