Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:
No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.
Patient Ratios: Cath Lab is a 4 person team/1 patient
Documentation system: Merge-Cath Lab Application
Scheduling requirements: Call Required – 1 weekend/mo. and 1-2 days per week
Floating policy: Cath Lab, OP Stress Test
Advanced skills needed: must have minimum 2 year of similar Cath Lab Procedures AND 1 year Cath Lab Travel Experience
Solid color scrubs
Maximum days off: 10 days

Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
