Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.
• Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Patient Population - Primarily Adults.
36 or 48 hour guarantee can be accommodated - please notate upon submission if candidate wants 48 GTD

Onboarding Requirements: 1. MUST have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion required) - NO EXCEPTIONS 2. All BG checks (counties and states) must be fully cleared prior to start - NO INSTANT OR STATEWIDE SEARCHES ACCEPTED 3. Mandatory reporter cert required (Child and Adult) 4. Drug Test MUST be 10 panel screening including opiates. 5. Will allow Monday or Tuesday starts.

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CT (Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography)
