Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license in hand at the time of application.
• Candidates must live at least 70 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Ratio 1:1, 2 rooms.
Weekend REQ: Traveler may be required to participate in weekend rotation.
12 call shifts per month, evenings and weekends.
Open to accommodating block schedule per Manager discretion.
No RTO restrictions
Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 5x8s/4x10s, SSM will guarantee a minimum of 40hrs/week.
Special Requirements: Conscious sedation experience. Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab.
Scrub Color: Scrubs are provided for this unit.
Parking Cost: Free in any unrestricted space.
