Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

RTO must be included at time of initial submission, RTO can not be changed or added once submitted (project out) – same for extensions, once requested it can not be altered. Med/Surg RNs only: RTO limited to 7 Days Max, No Holidays - this approval is conditional upon offer, must be approved by client VP
Please double check that your day shift preferred RNs are not being submitted to d/n rotating positions. PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION on UC Health day shift needs, these are often rotating and not straight days at all

2 references are required. One must be from within one year of start, and both references must be from someone with the title of manager, supervisor, or above. Charge rns are now acceptable.
AHA BLS - front/back required. RQI is acceptable.
