Experience:
• 12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

No block scheduling.
Shift Times : We need either 10’s or 12’s, most likely 12’s
Call Requirement: Yes
Call Requirement Details: Approximately 25 hours per week
Float Requirements: Will be covering 2 facilities
Willingness to Float Between Locations in Region as needed(Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, Porter) as needed
For floating outside of site they will be notified at least 2hrs prior to shift
You will be required to comply with AdventHealth’s internal call off policy which states that if you call off on a weekend or holiday please be prepared for your manager to schedule you on another weekend or holiday
Maximum days off: 5 days
2 references from last 36 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
