Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required.
• 12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
6/18 or 7/2 start dates
Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Off Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
Physical Therapist needed - inpatient.
This position will be treating patients with the following conditions: Stroke, Post surgery, Ortho, neurologic, general medical conditions, referral to SNF, Safe discharge to home.
