Customer Service Manager - Sodexo - Daytona Beach, FL


Unit Description:

Sodexo is hiring a Customer Service Manager reporting to our Director of Facilities at Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Florida. 

The Customer Service Manager is the contact between the client users and the Sodexo facility, serving as the first line of communication for quantity and quality issues. Within client facilities, the position establishes inventory levels, delivery schedules, proper product use training, and assists with usage and cost reporting.

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage Administrative and Reception activities in the facility’s front office-
  • Establishes and maintains client inventory levels.
    Provide and analyzes usage figures.
  • Oversee Sodexo mandated programs at the client facilities
  • Oversee and manager the CMMS system including dispatching work orders and closing out work orders
  • Distribute and collect keys and ensures key controls
    Oversee client mandated programs at client facilities.
    Gather and respond to client concerns.
  • Track events on campus
  • Maintain visitor and vendor logs
    Ensure delivery schedules are maintained. 
  • Drive Zero Harm Mindset
