Senior Marketing Specialist - Sodexo - Foster City, CA

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for a potential new sale in Foster CityCalifornia.

The Senior Manager Specialist will be responsible for supporting the look and feel of our cafes they will be the point person for all account marketing and will implement the marketing plans to drive growth through retail and marketing initiatives. This marketing professional must be a self-starter, have a keen eye for front-of-house guest experience, with food merchandising expertise and be able to operate in a fluid environment this is a hands on role. This Marketing position will focus on strategies for increasing sales for the unit, improving customer satisfaction, promoting pop up events at the unit and customer engagement. Experience in Restaurant or Foodservice Marketing is needed for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Support account through the deployment of our core brands

• Customize and deploy marketing programs for our the food operations

• Analyze the data from our app and point of sale to determine future restaurant offer and marketing initiatives

• Effectively develop and support communication plans for our food operations

• Utilize marketing insights and strategy to drive revenue

• Support the customization of digital signage

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
