The Training Analyst is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training materials and programs. This role leverages the latest training technologies and platforms to ensure effective learning experiences. The candidate will design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives in alignment with the organization's common training framework and best practices in the field.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS         

  1. Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials using various multimedia and technological tools. Update existing training materials to reflect the latest best practices and organizational needs.
  2. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, arranging equipment, and managing participant registrations.
  3. Deliver training programs using a range of methods including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including webinars, workshops, and e-learning courses.
  4. Leverage existing and emerging training technologies to enhance learning experiences. Manage and maintain training platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and up to date.
  5. Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in training and development. Ensure all training initiatives align with the organization’s common training framework.
  6. Conduct evaluations of training effectiveness to ensure return on investment. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights and continuously improve training programs.
  7. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and develop training programs that address specific business needs or compliance requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION: 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Oracle Cloud ERP certifications.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 2-5 years of experience in deploying and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, preferably in technology and digital solutions.
  • Good understanding of SW business with industry leading practices.
  • Experience with multiple large-scale programs and projects, leading process optimization efforts and driving standardization is desired.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationship with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and employees at all levels of the organization. 
  • Attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs. 
  • Stay abreast of Oracle Cloud ERP updates and new features to propose continuous improvements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to address issues with tact and diplomacy in order to reach consensus across wide range of diverse business teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and propose solutions for improvements. 
  • Knowledge of ERP operating systems tools and databases

Preferred:

  • Experience with training Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Good knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training evaluation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using training development tools and software and learning management systems. 
  • Prior experience on leading development and execution of training plans.
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plans.
  • Ability to analyze trends, data, and reports to come up with compelling solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
