Heidelberg Materials is looking for a qualified Field Services Coordinator for our ready-mix concrete Regina, SK operations, reporting to the Operations Manager. This position is responsible for working with Dispatch, Sales, and Technical Services to supply our customers with a quality product in a timely fashion and will assist with promoting and maintaining a good customer relationship.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Manage all aspects of job site concrete projects, including project planning, execution, timing, quality and cost.
  • Coordinate driver and truck activities on-site to ensure project goals and contractual agreements are met.
  • Provide leadership in the areas of Safety, Labour Relations and Environmental Compliance and serve as the Heidelberg Liaison
  • Assist the Operations Manager with the supervision of union employees
  • Oversee projects and coordinate truck flow / needs with Dispatch
  • Will establish good working relationships with on-site project managers, superintendents, foremen and work crews
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required
  • Use of site docs to help Operations Manager with safety & truck needs

What We Are Looking For:

  • High school diploma
  • 3 to 5 years of ready-mix concrete industry experience
  • Aggregate experience is an asset
  • Commercial driver’s license required
  • Must be available to work shifts
  • Must have excellent computer skills, report writing and system functionality
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Sharp critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Highly dependable, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

  • Role operates in a manufacturing environment both inside the office and outside with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, elevated noise levels, and dusty conditions.
