HOW A VTC SCHEDULER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Interpret requests from customers and schedule their conference using Cisco conferencing configuration tools.
• Modifies and adds endpoints/rooms to existing conferences
• Coordinates testing with meeting hosts during defined timeframes
• Schedules VTC calls for global customer base
• Performs VTC resource conflict resolution
• Coordinates resource availability with conference participants

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: communication and problem
• Preferred Skills: VTC and A/V equipment a plus
• Location: On Site
• US Citizenship Required
• Shift: Mon-Fri Day

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $25.50 - $34.50. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
