Business Analyst - BWS

What you’ll do

We are seeking a Business Analyst – WMS with Good proficiency in English & Portuguese language speaking skills for the role of Business Analyst – WMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BY Supply Chain Execution BY Warehouse Management (Discrete) and BY WMS (Dispatcher) coupled with expertise in User Access & Identity Management. This role is pivotal in enhancing our supply chain solutions and ensuring secure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of BY Supply Chain Execution solutions to meet business needs.
• Design and configure BY Warehouse Management (Discrete) systems to improve warehouse operations.
• Utilize BY WMS (Dispatcher) to streamline warehouse dispatch processes enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure robust User Access & Identity Management across all supply chain systems safeguarding data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supply chain solutions with other business systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of supply chain systems to ensure seamless functionality.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in supply chain management and technology adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to supply chain execution and warehouse management systems.
• Facilitate training sessions for users on new systems and features ensuring high adoption rates.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in supply chain management and cybersecurity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Language Level: Advanced English
• Background on supply chain execution and warehouse management systems.
• Proven expertise in BY Supply Chain Execution, BY Warehouse Management (Discrete) and BY WMS (Dispatcher) is essential.
• Strong understanding of User Access & Identity Management principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead projects and work with cross-functional teams.
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in both technical and domain areas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification on Supply Chain
