Responsibilities
· Complete basic to complex systems analysis, design and development. · Understand complex interrelationships and effects among programs, interfacing applications and platforms. Provide analytical consulting in identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies to assist business units in meeting strategic objectives. · Able to lead development efforts of a team, providing guidance when necessary and reporting status to team lead or executive management. · Support production installation of developed software systems, 3rd party applications and other solutions as required. · Follow and promote use of development standards and procedures. · Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. · Complete other related duties or projects as required, which may include playing a role in due diligence, cost/benefit analysis or business study activities. Qualifications· 10-12 years systems analysis/application development experience
· Experience with the design and implementation of resilient, scalable production systems
· Background in object-oriented programming (OOP) and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
· Must have hands on experience with Visual Basic 6, C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core , Microservices and Web services (REST/Soap)
· Experience with Angular 12+ front end solutions
· Experience with MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Server
· Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops CI/CD , OpenShift
· Experience with Git or similar version control tools, Docker / Kubernetes
· Experience with SQL, Store Procedures etc.
· Experience in MVC
· Background in API design and best practices

The annual salary for this position is between $102.600 – $162.500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
