Review Committee Process Lead

We are looking for a motivated Review Committee lead that willbe able to facilitate meetings, act as a liaison with the client and be a team player. Someone who can prioritize agendas, keep all committee members informed and be able to meet timeframes. This will be a hybrid role reporting 1 day/week to our office located in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

• Facilitate routing of all jobs through the RC system
• Create and prioritize RC meeting agendas while collaborating with RC Chair
• Complete a quality check of each material to ensure submission standards are met prior to adding on the agenda or initiating review
• Disseminate agendas and meeting information to RC members within established timeframe
• Facilitate RC meetings and electronically capture all RC-recommended revisions during meetings or independent of meetings when appropriate
• Proofread all materials post-agency/brand revisions, to reconcile with RC-requested changes
• Adhere to SLA’s for moving jobs in RC system for those statuses that require action by an RCPL
• Archives/request release of all jobs in RC System
• Function as liaison with advertising agencies to ensure incorporation of RC-requested changes to materials as aligned with brand owner
• Identify materials on a monthly basis requiring periodic review
• Assist brand team in determining resolution for stagnant materials
• Complete mandatory trainings within stipulated timeframe

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

1-2 yrs. Pharma/Marketing Experience

Veeva PromoMats experience is preferred but not required
