Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Guidewire – Lead Product Consultant to join the team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Responsibilities:
· Lead the analysis design and implementation of Guidewire solutions including BillingCenter ClaimCenter ContactManager and PolicyCenter to meet business requirements. –
· Collaborate with collaborators to understand their needs communicating high-impact solutions that leverage Guidewire platforms for operational excellence.
· Ensure integration of Guidewire applications with other enterprise systems adhering to standard methodologies in enterprise architecture.
· Drive the adoption of Guidewire solutions providing guide mentorship and support to clients in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
· Conduct in-depth technical reviews and risk assessments to ensure the perfect deployment of Guidewire applications.
· Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients and team members to improve their understanding of Guidewire products.
· Keep abreast of the latest developments in Guidewire technologies applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
· Work closely with the development team to ensure technical specifications align with business needs.
· Ensure compliance with project timelines budget constraints and quality standards.
· Cultivate a culture of innovation encouraging team members to explore new solutions that improve client happiness.
· Must have extensive experience with Guidewire platforms including BillingCenter ClaimCenter Contact Manager and PolicyCenter.
· Consistent record in implementing large-scale Guidewire projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
· Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and how they apply to insurance industry solutions.
· Excellent analytical problem-solving and social skills.
· Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced varied environment.
· Dedication to staying current with industry trends and developments.
· Demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for the position is between $95,500 – $190,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
