We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Genesys System Administrator

What you’ll do:

- Develop a robust strategy for the call center platform that serves the unique needs of Biolife and DD&T sectors.

- Maintain high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new technologies and improve platform functionality.

- Ensure superior customer service for Biolife Plasma and DD&T inquiries.

- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback to enhance platform performance.

- Serve as the main interface between end users and technical teams.

- Enforce compliance with healthcare and technology industry standards.

- Implement rigorous security protocols to protect data and ensure privacy.

- Lead projects to expand and improve platform capabilities using innovative technological solutions.

- Manage the adoption of new technologies to advance service quality and operational efficiency.

Preferred experience:

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- Deep expertise in Genesis systems and call center technologies.

- Strong project management skills in Data, Digital & Technology environments.

- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to healthcare and data security.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Certifications:

-Genesys Cloud CX Certification

-Genesys Multicloud CX Certification

-Genesys PureConnect Technical Certification
