Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Mobile Automation Leadwho will be responsible for design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Mobile automation on Android and IOS platforms by using Tools like Appium, Browser Stack, Sauce Labs, Espresso, XCUIT Test, Perfecto, Robotium and UI Automator.
· Deliver system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Ability to translate functional requirements to technical design and requirements.
· Responsible for all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and strong understanding of Agile methodology and leveraging tools to improve development and testing efficiency (JIRA, GIT, JUnit, Karate)
· Bring strategy to the table, set up frameworks, lead the team while being capable of automating test cases and writing them as well.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
· 12+ years of hands-on experience on Mobile automation on Android and IOS platforms with real and virtual devices. Worked on tools - Appium, Browser Stack, Sauce Labs, Espresso, XCUIT Test, Perfecto, Robotium, Tricentis Testim Mobile and UI Automator.
· Hands on experience in Core Java, Object Oriented Programming, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, Micro Services, Cloud Native, DevOps and Test-Driven Development
· 8+ years of hands - on experience in Core Java, Object Oriented Programming and Test-Driven Development
· Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo and TeamCity
· Experience working with cloud deployments using AWS, Azure, or CloudFoundry
· Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently, plan, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment -
· Experience with Accessibility Testing (ADA Testing Web/Mobile Native App) -
· Proficient in Cloud and Container based development (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus.
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
· BFS domain knowledge is plus.
· Knowledge of Python is plus with any cloud technology.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 to $165,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
