Facility Foreman - Special Ops - Clean Harbors - Kimball, NE


We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Facility Foreman- Special Ops performs hands on operations and supervision of plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations.  Position include supervision of multiple plant employees and a single plant operations.  We are looking for leader with an excellent commitment to health & safety to join our team in Kimball, NE! 4- 12 hour rotating shifts- Days/Nights NEW wage, $30.50 hourly, w/ OT (approval required), paid weekly, DOE,

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS, DAYS, WEEKENDS!

  • Performs one or more specific plant operations such as, drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading, and wastewater treatment.
  • Supervises multiple employees and a single plant operation
  • Operates a forklift when necessary
  • Assures all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements is maintained and submitted immediately after processing operations have been completed
  • Ensures that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensures that supervised operations staff meets all compliance standards
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment
  • HS Diploma or equivalent- (required)
  • Ability to work and lead in team environment
  • Knowledge of pumps, feed systems and automatic controls
  • Extensive computer skills and knowledge of operating system
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations environment
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CHI systems.
  • Demonstrates complete proficiency in one or more specific plant operations such as: drum pumping; drum dumping; tank farm operations; truck offloading/loading;  wastewater treatment
  • Valid US DL- Required
