Respiratory Technician - Tyler Main Fulltime - Christus Health - Tyler, TX

Summary:

This position is responsible for providing respiratory therapy, under medical direction, in the treatment, management, control, diagnostic evaluation and care of patients with deficiencies of the cardiopulmonary system.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans and sets-up Respiratory Care equipment on a daily basis and after being used for patient care
• Monitors supplies and forms in Cardiopulmonary Department as needed
• Ensures all Respiratory Care areas throughout the facility are properly stocked with supplies and equipment, at all times
• Participates in educational activities to further his/her knowledge of Respiratory Care needs
• Assist in coverage for EKG as needed

Requirements:

• Education/Skills • High School Diploma 
• 1 – 3 years of experience 
• CRT NBRC
