The Opportunity

This position works out of our Menlo Park, CA in the SH division.

Structural Heart Business Mission:  why we exist

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.

As the QE Technician II, you'll have the chance to support production and sustaining quality engineering tasks.

What You’ll Work On

  • Manage unplanned events, release of unplanned event areas, and product accept/reject decisions.
  • Support production lines per line support schedules (including accept/reject decisions).
  • For potential nonconformities, determine product impact and manage product containment.
  • Draft, execute, and manage subtasks (100% inspection, acceptance sampling, rework, No Nonconformance, scrap, Unplanned Events).
  • Manage product exception cage/cage reconciliation.
  • Manage Exception Tracker.
  • Perform HEA interviews.
  • Provide training to operators.
  • Execute "Escalation Process" to provide information on issues to upper management when required.
  • Support eLHR corrections.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant knowledge of the CER and manufacturing lines
  • Technical writing skills
  • Quality driven mindset
  • Capable of managing workload and prioritizing tasks to complete deliverables on time
  • Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally to assist with resolving Quality issues
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of production teams

Shift

  • Monday-Friday, 10am-6:30pm with potential overtime.

The base pay for this position is $21.70 – $43.40 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
